Detailed Website Project Terms & Conditions – Naoi

1. Project kick-off and organisation

At the start of the project, each client is provided with access to a dedicated project page. This page includes:

  • a clear list of tasks to be completed by both the client and the website designer,

  • access to Project Flow, which shows all project stages along with their current status (completed / in progress).

This approach ensures full transparency and gives the client a clear and convenient overview of the website development process at every stage.

2. Project timeline

The standard website project timeline is up to 1 month. The final delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the website and the number of additional applications required (such as an online store or booking system).
During this period, the client is responsible for providing all required materials and approving individual stages of the project in a timely manner.

3. Submitting project materials

Project materials should be submitted using one of the following communication channels:

All text content should be provided in a format that allows copying and editing.

4. Content, SEO and responsibility

The client is responsible for providing original, copyright-compliant text content and ensuring its linguistic accuracy. We strongly advise against submitting plagiarised materials.

Some website content (particularly headings and selected sections) may be prepared by Naoi in line with SEO best practices. To avoid a negative impact on search engine visibility, we recommend that these sections are not modified arbitrarily after project completion.

The client is always informed which sections are SEO-related. Where agreed during the project requirements stage, these sections may also be clearly marked within the CMS (Content Management System).

Final approval of all website content — including SEO-related sections — remains the responsibility of the client, even if requested changes may negatively affect search rankings.

5. Delays

Any delays in submitting materials or approving project stages do not affect the agreed final payment terms for the website project.

6. Changes during the project

If additional functionality or changes to the agreed scope are requested during the project, we will:

  • carry out a revised project assessment,

  • inform the client of any impact on the final price and/or delivery timeline.

7. Payment terms

Website projects commence no later than 3 working days after the deposit has been received. The deposit amount depends on the type of project and is clearly stated on the Naoi website.

Deposits paid towards website projects are non-refundable.

The final project payment is due one month after the deposit payment date.

Payment terms may differ from the above where the client has availed of a promotional offer (for example, an instalment plan).

8. Training and client support

At the final stage of the project, we provide the client with all the necessary information required to effectively manage their website independently. This includes guidance on:

  • content management,

  • blog and FAQ applications,

  • online store and product management,

  • booking system configuration and management,

  • pricing plans,

  • any other applications installed on the website.

Upon project completion, each client receives one month of free support for website administration and management.

After this period, clients may opt into a paid support plan at €30 per month, offered on a subscription basis with the option to cancel at any time.

9. Additional arrangements

The agreed project price includes up to two rounds of revisions.
This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • visual elements of the website,

  • colour schemes and fonts,

  • text content,

  • section layouts and structure,

  • website navigation and menus,

  • graphics and images,

  • embedded forms,

  • service or product pricing.

Any additional revisions or changes outside this scope may be subject to separate pricing.
