Do you send printed products and what is the delivery time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do. The delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. The delivery begins after payment is approved by us.

Is there a return policy?

Accepted Answer

If you are not satisfied with a physical product you have received, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. In this case, we require you to send us:
- information about the reason for the return at hello@naoi.ie (mailto:hello@naoi.ie)with attached a copy of a document confirming the date of receipt of the product;
- the received product to the address shown below. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

Question 4

I have my design. How to check if is it correct?

Before sending your design to us, please check the following:
 • The quality of the graphics is suitable for the print format (size of the printed artwork)
 • Text and important graphic elements are at a safe distance from the edges
 • Your artwork should have an extra 3mm space (bleed area) around every side of your design with offset for your artwork

What information and files do I need to send for a project?

Accepted Answer

It depending on a project type. Usually you will need to provide us with contact information including phone numbers, e-mail, website address, company name etc. Also if you want to use your images/logo you need to provide these files as well. There is an option for using licenced images from Adobe Stock Images.

Question 6

Can I add any graphics from the Internet to the project?

Accepted Answer

Not everyone. Only those for which you have a license or a certificate of purchase/ownership.

Question 7

I have a digital copy of a picture in a low resolution. Can it be turned into a larger picture, e.g., for large-scale printing?

Accepted Answer

It all depends on the scale of the printout. If the difference in size is not too large, it is enough to just convert the image to the new scale while maintaining the image quality. However, if the target image size is large enough to affect the print / display quality, it will be required to create an identical image (e.g. logo) from scratch or search for a similar image with a satisfactory resolution.

Question 8

How should I send pictures which I would like to use in the project?

Accepted Answer

If the size of those images does not exceed 10MB, you can attach them to the e-mail. Otherwise, upload them to Google Drive, share them, and provide us with a link to those files.

Where I should look for high-resolution images?

Accepted Answer

There are many platforms that allow you to download images for a fee with a license to use them. We use Adobe Stock Images.

Question 10

Will I be able to see what my graphic looks like before accepting the artwork?

Accepted Answer

Yes of course. Before you will accept the project, we will present mockups to show how the graphics will look on a various media.
