DELIVERY POLICY


Virtual products

1. After purchasing a specific service you will be informed about the approximate duration of the service or project.
It depends on certain conditions that must be met in order to make an ordered service.
Project execution time will be different for logo design and for a website e.g.

2. We send completed projects via email, Google Drive link or link to the file placed on our website.

3. Some of the specific services are delivered immediately as we approve your payment.


Standard products for shipping

1. The delivery time is counted after the payment is approved by us and the project is approved by the customer.

2. Most of our standard products are sent for free but in some cases, there is an additional shipping fee determined by the carrier.

3. Specific products can be only collected in Arklow, Co. Wicklow.
Information about that is added to the description of the product.

4. The customer contact phone number required when placing an order is provided to the courier only for shipment purposes. The customer should get information about his delivery by text message. If it is not possible to deliver the parcel, the courier should contact the customer by phone provided.



RETURN POLICY


If you are not satisfied with a physical product you have received, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. In this case, we require you to send us:

- information about the reason for the return at hello@naoi.ie with attached a copy of a document confirming the date of receipt of the product;
- the received product to the address shown below. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
